We want you to feel confident about your Liveniq purchase. Please review the points below before ordering.

Review your order carefully before submitting it.
To request a cancellation or change, email gooxuanyu1998@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Requests can only be considered before the order enters processing.
Processed or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
Keep the item and packaging until we finish reviewing your request.
After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or refund where applicable.

After shipment, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, ordering mistakes, dislike of the product, incorrect selections, or refusal of delivery when the supplied item is correct, undamaged, and as described.
Delivery delays within a reasonable carrier or customs timeframe do not by themselves qualify for a refund.

Do not send an item back without written approval and return instructions.
Approved return items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
Unless caused by our confirmed error or required by law, the customer is responsible for international return shipping, customs charges, duties, taxes, insurance, and related costs.
Use tracked shipping; the customer remains responsible until the item reaches the approved return address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another resolution is agreed in writing.
Original shipping, return shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required due to our confirmed error or applicable law.
